Admissions Process

With great joy, I welcome you and invite you to learn more about Seattle Classical Christian School, where faith, wisdom, and character converge.

Our students receive much more than just an excellent education. Our classrooms are a training ground for a curious mind, virtuous heart, and courageous faith in God that leads to flourishing. We begin with the end in mind, insisting that knowledge be paired with virtue so that our students may acquire the tools for lifelong wisdom (and be empowered to act accordingly).

I chose SCCS for my children because I wanted their hearts to be shaped along with their minds, and I now serve in Admissions because I see firsthand the transformation that happens when children are known, loved, and pursued in excellence. I yearned for a place where students thrive and families find community - and my family experiences that here at SCCS.

2. Apply

Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are open!

If you’d like to parter with us for your child’s education - it’s time to apply! Complete the SCCS Family Application online. Students entering 4th grade and above will complete a Student Questionnaire as part of the application.

A $125 application fee is due at the completion of your Family Application.

Financial Aid Is Available
Our desire is that any family that wants to pursue gospel-centered education with Seattle Classical Christian School will be able to be, independent of financial status. For more information click here and click here to start the financial aid process.

The financial aid application should be submitted with, or before, the student application.

Admissions Timeline
NOV 1 – Applications open for next academic year,
Financial Aid applications open for current families
Early Jan – New Tuition and Fees Available
JAN 31 – Enrollment Deadline for Current Families
FEB 7 – Waitlist notifications

3. Interview

After you have completed your application, we will contact you to schedule a family interview (1 - 1.5 hours) and then a student assessment (approx 30 min).

Students 7th grade and above will also complete a Shadow day.

After these meetings are completed, SCCS will notify you of your admission status within two weeks.

4. Enroll

Once you have received your letter of acceptance, complete and submit the included enrollment form by the school by the deadline provided.

Please note: A nonrefundable enrollment fee of $200 per student ($500 maximum per family) will be charged to your FACTs account to secure the student’s spot.
