We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and mission-aligned Student Learning Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as a key resource for students with diverse learning needs, offering direct support through individualized intervention and collaborating with teachers to promote inclusive, effective classroom environments. A strong foundation in reading intervention is essential.Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct, specialized instruction to students with learning differences, including dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges
Offer reading specialist services, including assessments and individualized intervention plans
Support gifted students by collaborating with faculty on enrichment strategies
Work closely with teachers to implement accommodations and classroom strategies that support a range of learning profiles
Participate in team meetings to review student progress and make data-informed decisions
Serve as a liaison between parents, teachers, and external professionals as needed
Maintain clear documentation of services provided and student progress
Contribute to the overall life of the school in alignment with our Classical Christian values
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 5 years experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Expertise in reading instruction/intervention, including structured literacy approaches
Familiarity with common learning differences and behavioral challenges, including ADD/ADHD, dyslexia/dysgraphia, and executive functioning issues
Experience working in a school setting, ideally with students across multiple grade levels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to the mission and vision of Classical Christian education
Ability to integrate faith and learning in the support of students

As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Facilities Operations Manager to support our mission by ensuring that our physical space serves our students, staff, and community with excellence and care.Position Overview:
The Facilities Operations Manager plays a vital role in the daily life and long-term vision of our school. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of the school building, as well as helping to plan for future facility needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, tech-savvy, and deeply aligned with the heart of our school community—someone who loves children, values service, and enjoys working in partnership with both staff and the church we rent from.Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the school building daily, ensuring it is secure and ready for use
Maintain safety and security protocols throughout the facility
Perform minor repairs and general handyman tasks
Schedule and oversee professional cleaning crews and student groups assisting with cleaning
Provide basic tech support to faculty and staff (e.g., printers, projectors, classroom AV)
Collaborate with the Head of School to plan for future facility usage and campus improvements
Research and manage sub-rentals of the facility to other organizations as appropriate
Coordinate and supervise parent volunteers assisting with maintenance and events
Serve as a key liaison between the school and the host church, fostering a spirit of partnership
Ensure that the building reflects the school’s values of order, beauty, and hospitality
Qualifications:
Preferred experience in facilities management, operations, maintenance, or a related field
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of building systems, cleaning processes, and safety procedures
Comfortable with basic technology and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong interpersonal skills and a servant-hearted attitude
Must enjoy being around children and contribute positively to a faith-based school culture
